We will sell (3) truckloads of hotel furnishings at “Absolute Auction”, via sealed bid. All furniture is from the Adam’s Mark Hotel in Indianapolis.  Most is in good condition, showing normal wear.  Following is a list with quantities:

Terms: 10% buyer’s premium: All Furniture sells “As Is, Where Is” with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.

Bidders must submit their bids by 5:00PM EST on April 14th, 2005 to our office,. The bid must be submitted on the bid form provided on our website. We can also mail or fax the bid form to you. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total purchase price (bid price plus 10% buyers premium), in cash or cashier’s check, will be required with your bid. The balance of the total purchase price is due within five days after bid acceptance. Deposits on unsuccessful bids will be refunded within five days after the bid deadline.  Removal deadline is April 18th.
