10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all on-site bids.  15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all Internet, Proxy or Phone bids.  Everything must be paid for in full by the end of sale day.  Accepted forms of payment are: CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER.  Company or personal checks will be accepted only if accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee.  The bank letter must contain the following language:  THIS BANK GUARANTEES PAYMENT TO NORMAN J. GALLIVAN, INC. FROM (NAME OF CUSTOMER) ON ACCOUNT #_______________ UP TO THE AMOUNT OF $_______________.  THIS LETTER IS VALID FOR PURCHASES MADE AT THE AUCTION ON (DATE LISTED WITH AUCTION NAME).  Everything sells “As Is/Where Is”.  Descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising.  It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify condition, authenticity and description of any item prior to bidding.  Once the auctioneer says “Sold,” the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise.  Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.  No abandonment of purchased items is allowed.  Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items.  All bids and payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).  No refunds for lost or stolen items will be made.  Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material.  Advertised items may be subject to prior sale.
