An 18% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all Internet and Proxy Bids. Payment for all purchases must be made in full within 24 hours of the sale. Accepted forms of payment are Wire Transfer and Credit Card.
Wire Transfers, Company or Personal Checks will be accepted only if arranged at time of registration. These forms of payment must be accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee.
Everything sells “As Is/Where Is”. Descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify condition, authenticity and description of any item prior to bidding. Once the auctioneer says “Sold,” the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise. Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items.
