IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR THIS AUCTION, YOU MUST PROVIDE A VALID CREDIT CARD WITH AT LEAST $1,000.00 AVAILABLE CREDIT, AND A WORKING PHONE NUMBER WHERE WE CAN REACH YOU DURING OR AFTER THE AUCTION, IN THE EVENT A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.

A Buyer’s Premium of 17% will be added to all bids to determine the total purchase price.  A 17% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all Internet and Proxy Bids.  Florida sales tax of 7% (Lake County) applies.  Payment for all purchases must be made in full within 24 hours following conclusion of the auction.  Deposits may be required under certain conditions.  Accepted forms of payment are Cash or Guaranteed Check, and Wire Transfer. Company or personal checks will be accepted only if a bank letter of guarantee is submitted prior to registering, and approved by the Auctioneer prior to the auction.  The bank letter must contain the following language:

“THIS BANK GUARANTEES PAYMENT TO GALLIVAN COMPANIES. FROM (NAME OF CUSTOMER) ON ACCOUNT #_______________ UP TO THE AMOUNT OF $_______________.  THIS LETTER IS VALID FOR PURCHASES MADE AT THE AUCTION ON NOVEMBER 12, 2013, OF J.E. HILL VEHICLES.” 

Payments with MasterCard, Visa or Discover, are accepted subject to an additional 3% Convenience Fee.
